Business Analyst

What will you do?
You will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, performance and profitability.
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Degree in Business Administration would be advantageous
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis, preferably within a sales or call center environment.
- Experience in short-term insurance industry is highly desirable
Deliverables
- Process Mapping and Documentation:
Engage with team leaders and department heads to document end-to-end processes.
Develop detailed process maps using standardized methodologies and tools.
Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes. - Analysis and Efficiency identification:
Conduct thorough analysis of mapped processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies and inefficiencies.
Use data and metrics to quantify the impact of identified inefficiencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recommendations for process improvements. - Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather information and validate process maps.
Clearly present findings and improvement recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis and sales operations.
Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the call center.

- Technical Proficiency in process mapping tools (E.g. Visio, Lucidchart) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and proposing practical solutions
- Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy and completeness in all deliverables
