What will you do?
The Executive Associate for Direct Personal Lines is a trusted, high‑impact strategic partner to the Executive Head of Direct Personal Lines, providing advisory, analytical, and operational support to enable effective decision‑making at the highest level of the organization.
This role acts as a critical liaison between the Executive Head of Direct Personal Lines and other senior leaders, supporting the coordination, prioritization, and resolution of strategic and operational matters. The Executive Associate will play a key role in driving execution against strategic objectives, ensuring focus, alignment, and delivery across the business.

Minimum Qualifications
- NQF 7 Equivalent linked to fields of Commercial or Financial Sciences (e.g. Finance/Economics/Business management/ Actuarial)
Minimum Experience
- 5 years’ experience in a similar or related role (advantageous)
- Exposure to Finance, Strategy, Insurance, or Business Operations (advantageous)
- Experience in research, analysis, and data interpretation
- Experience in managing cross functional teams.
- Proven project management and delivery.

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Preparing, coordinating, and submitting executive‑level business reports and presentations
- Managing and tracking timelines, priorities, and key deliverables linked to strategic initiatives
- Monitoring, tracking, and following up on high‑priority action items and decisions
- Coordinating and scheduling focused meetings to enable timely decision‑making on critical matters
- Ownership of the EXCO members priorities
- Translation of strategy into actionable executive deliverables
- Acting as proxy or advisor in select executive forums
- Synthesizing complex information into clear executive insights
- Driving accountability across senior leaders
- Conducting research and analysis to support executive decision‑making and strategic direction
