What will you do?
The BI Client Services General Manager will be responsible for Responsible for managing the operations of a single call centre or business segment.
Oversees operating systems including policies, procedures, and operating structure.
Establishes and implements product/service standards.
Responsible for analysing operations and efficiency of the call centre.
May build industry relations, communicating technologies, and operational concerns through industry networking.
Also needs to obtain new campaigns from internal clients and builds the credibility of the call centre with potential clients
Minimum Qualification Required
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in Insurance (Project Management/services)
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with commission payments and regulations of such
- Minimum 5 years’ Client Services experience with direct Short Term Insurance company
- Minimum 3 years’ Retention or Collections experience
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience
Minimum Experience Required
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 / Matric / NQF 4
- Applicable post-matric qualifications will be advantageous
- RE 5 (Representative)

- Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
