What will you do?

Responsible for managing the operations of a single call centre or business segment. Oversees operating systems including policies, procedures, and operating structure. Establishes and implements product/service standards. Responsible for analysing operations and efficiency of the call centre. May build industry relations, communicating technologies, and operational concerns through industry networking. Also needs to obtain new campaigns from internal clients and builds the credibility of the call centre with potential clients.

Minimum Qualification Required

•    Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
•    Completed FAIS credits will be beneficial 
•    Regulatory Exam – (RE 5)

Minimum Experience Required

•    Must currently be in a Senior Sales supervisory role
•    3 – 5 Years’ Management experience
•    Proven Sales Supervisory track record 
•    Solid understanding of Sales system and applicable processes

Responsibilities

•    Responsibly for implementing growth strategies for the department
•    Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits.
•    Drive leads while optimising the operation. 
•    Driving and achieving monthly targets
•    Drive staff engagement across the Leadwarming team. 
•    Coaching and management of Team Leaders across the Leadwarming team
•    Do through market analysis and research to spot new opportunities.
•    Drive strategic initiatives as agreed with the Head of Department. 
•    Managing the Leadwarming team and all relationships and management aspects around it.
•    Responsible for ensuring disciplinary code and procedures are enforced.
•    Ensure constant access to leads and that lead pools are managed and optimised to the highest standard.
•    Creating reports and submitting to management
