What will you do?

The Learning & Development Facilitator is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training and development initiatives that enhance employee performance and support business objectives. The role partners closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop practical learning solutions, and ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational targets within a dynamic short-term insurance call centre environment.

 

An L&D Facilitator will be responsible for practical, and relevant learning interventions for new hires and existing employees, deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs aligned with business and operational requirements as well as creating a positive learning environment that promotes participation, knowledge retention, and application of learning and ensure all training materials remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with current business processes, products, and regulatory requirements.

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Minimum Requirements

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
  • A relevant qualification in: Short-Term Insurance, Education / Learning & Development 
  • Accredited Facilitation Qualification (will be advantageous) .

 

Minimum Experience 

  • A minimum of 5 years  practical exposure to Sales Short Term Personal Lines products and processes. 
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in coaching or facilitation experience 
  • Short-term insurance experience in designing and facilitating blended learning solutions.

Turnaround time
