What will you do?

The QA Team Leader is responsible for leading, monitoring, and continuously improving quality assurance standards across all sales areas. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives service excellence, coaches QA Advisors, and provides actionable insights through audits, call evaluations, and data analysis.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualification

 

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/ NQF 4
  • RE5 Certificate (As per DOFA date)
  • Fully FAIS Accredited (As per DOFA date)  

 

Minimum Experience

 

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in Short Term insurance.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance Role
  • At least 1 Year experince in a Leadership, coaching or acticing Team Leader capacity

Turnaround time
