What will you do?
In this VAPS Sales Agent role you will be upselling by persuading both existing and non-existing Miway Clients to purchase our Value Added Products by optimizing each lead/call received.
Maintaining a high productivity level daily & monthly by providing quality service to external and internal customers and ensuring accuracy in recording of data.
Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
- RE Certificate (as per DOFA date)
- STI FAIS credits (as per DOFA date)
- Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of 12 months experience in Leadwarming at Miway
- At least 2 Call Centre Sales experience
- bility to multi-task and cope with pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MiWay products and systems
- Punctual and can self manage
