What will you do?

We are looking to appoint an energetic individual as a Sales Team Leader. You need to be target driven and have a passion for Sales. You must have commitment to deliver the required results and go the extra mile.

What will make you successful in this role?

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF4
  • Relevant FAIS and RE qualification 
  • Minimum 3 years in the STI sales environment
  • Minimum 2 years Team Leader experience

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Sales and processes 
  • Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
  • Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven Sales Track Record
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good attendance record a must
  • Must be very reliable
  • Self-disciplined and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and desire to excel

  • Responsible for the execution of our daily and monthly targets.
  • Performance appraisals for sales agents
  • Coaching of sales agents
  • Ensuring that all sales budgets were met
