What will you do?
Responsible for inbound/outbound telephonic communication with client base. Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base. Utilises IT system accurately and ensures that all queries are answered effectively. Refers calls to appropriate departments only if unable to solve query appropriately. Provides accurate product information to clients in line with standards and protocols.
Minimum Qualification Required
• Regulatory Exam (RE 5)
• Matric / NQF 4
• Full FAIS Credits
Minimum Experience
• Minimum 3 years Insurance administrative experience
• Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
• Minimum 3 years Personal Lines Underwriting experience
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
• Assist with amendments to client’s policies.
• Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries.
• Attend to QA corrections as identified by the QA department.
