Job Description: Business Insurance Sales Agent

We are looking for a confident, driven, and customer-focused professional with a strong interest in business insurance and sales. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with clients, understands business needs, and presents solutions clearly and persuasively. They are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while managing a portfolio of clients. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to relationship-building are essential, along with a desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Regulatory Exam (RE 5)
• Commercial FAIS credits
• Matric / NQF 4

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years Business / Commercial Insurance background
• 3 years Inbound/Outbound call centre experience.
• Multimark III proficient

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

• Consistently writing R125 0000 GWP plus a month
• Consistently achieving a Lead – Quote conversion rate above 65%
• Consistently achieving a Quote - Sale conversion rate above 35%
• Achieve minimum quality score of 90%
• Data accuracy score of 90%
