What will you do?
We are looking for full-time Commercial Sales Team Leader to join our team:
Up for a new challenge, feel you can make a difference? The Broker Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to fill the above-mentioned role. The successful candidate needs to be passionate about leading people, display professionalism in dealing with clients. The role responsibilities include managing a team of sales agents, ensuring sales targets are met, reporting on team performance, motivating and coaching the team.
Minimum Qualification Required
• Regulatory Exam (RE 5)
• FAIS credits
• Matric / NQF 4
Minimum Experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ sales call center experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry

• To ensure that the team adheres to compliance regulations
• To coach and mentor all team members to ensure high quality standards
• To analyse performance data and present findings to senior management

• Provide ongoing system and product support
