What will you do?
The Web/App Advisor is responsible for assisting users with digital platforms, including web portals and mobile applications. This role involves guiding users through technical functionalities, resolving issues, promoting usage of online services, and providing exceptional digital support to ensure a seamless user experience.
What will make you successful in this role?
Minimum Qualification Required:
• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• B Admin (Optional)
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 1 - 2 year’s experience in claims administrative role.
• Minimum 1 – 2 year’s experience in Claims Web and App Chats will be beneficial.
Deliverables include , but will not be limited to
- Through good digital communication, chat with our valued clients via WhatsApp, Web and
MiWay Apps. - Comprehensive feedback to clients on all Claims-related queries to ensure that all needs are met at first interaction.
- Escalate any claims to the relevant claims group business units, should you not be able to do first-chat resolution.
- Offer clients any assistance to operate or lodge claims on our digital platforms.
- All the above needs to be completed under the set service level targets, while ensuring you do not cause complaints in your interactions with our clients.
- You will be required to offer the utmost world-class service that deserves logged compliments from our clients, where targets will be set to be reached.
