Job Description

Minimum Qualification Required

•    Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
•    A Degree or Diploma in a field of study

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

•    Data capturing and updating of client information
•    Telephonic engagement with clients and internal stakeholders
•    Handling calls transferred from internal message center
•    Audit calls, transcribe and report on any errors identified
•    Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness before submission
•    Collaboration with different stakeholders including vehicle tracking company
•    Action work items timeously in line with SLA

Turnaround time
