Minimum Qualification Required

•    Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
•    Complaints Resolution Analyst
•    Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
•    RE Qualified (Ability to give clients advice)
•    FAIS qualification – or working towards FAIS qualification
 

Minimum Experience

•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Short-Term Insurance Industry with a deep understanding on how to service,
 clients.
•    Proven track record of great service attitude
