What will you do?
The MBIS Support agent will assist the MBIS department on administrative daily functions. This role will require the MBIS Support Agent to communicate daily with MBIS agents and relevant stakeholders within the Business Insurance and Personal Lines departments.
Minimum Qualification Required
• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Tertiary Qualification/ NQF 5
• Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5)
• FAIS credits/ Full Insurance Qualifications (Depending on DOFA)
Minimum Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the short-term insurance industry
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of sales and/ or client services
• TIA/ MIA System experience compulsory
• Business Insurance and Personal Insurance experience compulsory.
• IPA System
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
• Ensure daily activity and TATs on feedback are met
• Regular reporting on trends within the MBIS department
• Maintain high level of accuracy and efficiency
