What will you do?

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for managing all coastal regions in achieving set sales targets, coaching, motivating, and managing the performance of regional Managers.

Minimum Qualification Required

•    Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
•    Completed FAIS credits 
•    Management related qualification
•    Regulatory Exam – RE 5 

 

Minimum Experience

 

•    Minimum 8 years face to face Sales experience 
•    Minimum 3 years in a regional manager role
•    Solid understanding of Sales system and applicable processes that impact on the sales process 

 

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

 

•    Responsible for recruitment, selection and placement of new recruits in regions 
•    Coaching of Regional Managers: Sales skills and product knowledge and development changes.
•    Active participation and involvement with regards to new development and changes.
•    Effectively manage daily operations
•    Motivation of the Regional managers and IS Specialists
•    Driving and achieving monthly sales targets
•    Creating reports and submitting to Head of Business Insurance
•    Managing MBIS and all relationships and aspects around it.
