What will you do?
Location: Gauteng, Parktown
Department: People & Transformation (Talent Acquisition)
Internship Duration: 12 months from April 2026

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a vital role in helping us find, attract, and onboard top talent! 🚀
You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting and publishing job adverts to coordinating interviews, site visits, and pre-employment checks. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm will ensure every step of the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Most importantly, you’ll help create a seamless, memorable experience for every candidate — because for you, the candidate experience always comes first.

Qualification
- Possession of a Matric / Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4 Certificate
- HR related Degree or Diploma or related qualification
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Unemployed
- Between the ages of 18 - 35
Applicants must not have more than 1 year work experience - Persons with a disability must produce a medical note confirming the nature of the disability.
- Applicants must not be studying with any other institutions while on the Learnership.
- Applicants must not have been on a Short -Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA
This exciting internship role will see you accountable for:
- Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment - publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks
- Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority
- Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the TA and HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
- Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
- Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team
