Purpose of the role

The. Agile Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the system configuration, maintenance, and development of Agile tools and cadences. The Agile Administrator will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with Quality, Document Control, IT and Engineering.  The Agile Administrator will be responsible to schedule and document all SAFE agile cadences including PI planning, retro reviews, demo, etc. 

What will you do?


Key responsibilities 

•    Document all SAFE cadences
•    Update Scrum boards and consolidate feedback from multiple teams
•    Provide reporting at team, program and portfolio level
•    Administer the SAFE tools (Jira, Confluence, etc) and work with the relevant teams to resolve any issues.


Qualification and Experience

•    Project Management or Agile certifications 
•    5+ years Agile life cycle experience
•    5+ years IT administration experience


Knowledge and Skills

•    SAFe experience – PI planning, etc
•    Knowledge of Business Analysis and Risk Management skills.
•    Knowledge of sound business judgment.
•    Ability to communicate internal controls concepts clear in a business context.
