What will you do?
- Develop a training strategy for SPA Life Distribution.
- Ensure every life business has a training strategy for all distribution staff involved with Individual Life, Group Life and Banca business, including Sales Agents, Sales Staff, Sales Managers and Trainers.
- Assist the SPA life businesses in the execution of their distribution training strategies.
- Ensure distribution training resources/champions are in place in all the Life subsidiaries.
- Up skilling of life subsidiary training resources in order to execute on the strategy and SPA Life Distribution training requirements.
- Identify and develop distribution training content required in line with SEM Learning and Development training content and e-learning requirements. Work with and align with SEM Learning and Development Specialist when outsourcing content vendors for development.
- Assist with the customization of distribution training in Life subsidiaries.
- Identify distribution training needs.

- Have the necessary insurance sales experience in order to be regarded as an expert with credibility

- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet stringent deadlines.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to speak French will be advantageous for the application.
- Excellent presentation and powerpoint skills.
- Be able to take ownership for problems and have sound problem solving skills.
- Have an energetic and proactive attitude.
- Have strong technical skills to support the delivery mechanisms for training content.
- Need to be comfortable and able to travel when required
