What will you do?
Assigns and guides the work of a group of clerks that may include Section Heads. Makes decisions on queries raised by subordinates. Advises on the recruitment and development of staff. Handles claims, renewals, new business, records, policy servicing, valuations, quotations and technical documentation.
What will make you successful in this role?
Matric
Certificate of Wealth Management.
Diploma in Sales Management advantageous
RE 5 and/or 1
At least 10 years relevant experience within the insurance industry of which at least 3 years in a management role.
MS Office Intermediate knowledge
