What will you do?

The Client Services Consultant: Indexing will contribute to the high standard of quality by efficiently verifying and allocating various instructions to the different teams, received by Glacier.

Key outcomes

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Client Services Consultant: Indexing

Accurately directing the various instructions received from internal and external parties on the internal workflow system according to specific work types

Investigating causes of undelivered mail (post or email) and rectifying the address on record where necessary

Indexing and scanning of documentation on the company’s internal system

Ad-hoc client service project involvement

Recon of all incoming emails and faxes


Qualifications and experience

Matric / Grade 12

A relevant financial degree / qualification

1 years’ experience in finance or investment industry is essentia

Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in both Afrikaans and English


Knowledge of processing in the investment or linked product industry

Customer Service Orientation (Clients/Brokers/Advisors/Internal staff)

Relationship Building Skills

Attention to Detail/Accuracy

Numerical Skills

Communication Skills (English and Afrikaans)

Ability to work under pressure/flexibility (overtime)

Problem solving

Typing proficiency

Computer Skills (MS Office)
