Sanlam Collective Investments (SCI)
Sanlam Collective Investments (SCI) was established in 1967 as a full Sanlam subsidiary. Sanlam Collective Investments manages over R590 billion on behalf of more than 300 000 clients. Other renowned financial services companies have also partnered with us to offer third-party funds. In these cases, the third-party funds are distributed and promoted by respective financial services companies, whereas Sanlam Collective Investments is responsible for client administration and compliance.
Role Description:
The Client Services Consultants (CSC) primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service to clients in the SCI Client Enablement: Retail Services business. This role involves building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisers, providing exceptional experience and focusing on building trust and confidence. CSC will be the main contact for clients, providing them with prompt and precise information and addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter.
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and investment options.
- Assist clients with account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures.
- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of collective investment schemes and financial markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
