About the role

This is a data analyst role focusing on acquiring as many quality clients as possible through performance and brand marketing, in the most cost-efficient way possible.  

Your ability to explore and interrogate data, generate impactful visualizations, and deliver data driven stories will be key in shaping the success of our digital growth initiatives. 

What you'll achieve in the first 12 months

  • We have a full-funnel view of client acquisition journey: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a comprehensive picture of the client acquisition journey. Transform raw data into clear visual dashboards and reports that highlight key performance metrics. 
  • We produce high quality insights which are used to improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns:  Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and user interactions with our products. Work closely with business partners and data scientists to define relevant performance metrics, translate them into data, and produce insights that can be used to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing campaigns. 

  • We have insightful visualizations that reveal underlying trends in marketing efforts and product engagements: Create data visualizations that not only report on performance but also reveal the “why” behind trends—helping teams quickly understand drivers of success and areas for improvement. 

  • We have empowered our marketing team to make data-driven decisions with relevant, timely, user-friendly and actionable insights: Work with engineers and business partners to ensure data reliability, consistency and recency for powering your metrics and insights. Develop reporting and visualisation experiences that empower non-technical stakeholders to answer “how much/how many” questions independently. 

Qualification and Experience

  • A relevant qualification Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences or Data Science
  • 3+ years in insights producing role as a data scientist/analyst 
  • Experience working with Tableau or PowerBI. Strong proficiency in SQL. 
  • 1 + years in growth marketing
