What will you do?

In this role, you will work independently on complex analysis streams with minimal oversight while supporting multiple delivery streams simultaneously. You will translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready data solutions by defining rules, mappings, and transformation logic. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed data tracing, reconciliation, and impact analysis, as well as conducting deep-dive code analysis to understand system behaviour. You will validate technical outputs and evaluate reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requirements. Additionally, you will define acceptance criteria and collaborate with stakeholders on reconciliation approaches. You will take end-to-end ownership of requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined, well-structured, and aligned with stakeholder expectations, while maintaining full traceability from initiation through delivery. The role also involves documenting as-is and to-be processes, performing root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, and breaking down complex problems into structured, actionable components.

•Proven experience utilizing LLMs to optimise efficiency and enhance work quality 
•Skilled in standardising and reusing prompts, artefacts, and analytical patterns to drive consistency 
•Ability to implement and promote standardised analysis processes to improve speed, quality, and repeatability 
•Leverages historical insights and pattern recognition to enhance efficiency and reduce duplication 
•Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, effectively bridging business and technical teams 
•Highly adaptable, with the ability to deliver quality outputs under tight turnaround times 
•Actively contributes to improving team productivity and enabling broader delivery capabilities

Qualifications and Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
•Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a technical or data analysis role
•Experience in applying AI in delivery and analysis environments 
•Proven experience working with LLMs 
•Experience across data analysis and technical solution design, with exposure to data consumption tools like Power BI and strong business analysis capabilities including requirements management and process mapping

Knowledge and Skills

Technical & Data Skills
•Strong background in SQL and database technologies (e.g., Cloudera, PostgreSQL) 
•Experience with tools such as GitHub, VS Code, and Copilot 
•Python experience 
•Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, etc.)
•Advanced SQL (CTEs, joins, window functions)
•Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs

 

Business Analysis Skills
•Strong analytical capability with the ability to apply pattern recognition, decompose complex problems, map processes, and perform root cause analysis
•Strong capability in requirements management and traceability, with the ability to define acceptance criteria, evaluate solutions, and produce high-quality documentation

 

System & Analysis Skills
•Ability to analyse and interpret code while performing technical validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of solutions
•Ability to translate data insights into clear, development-ready specifications and evaluate solutions for accuracy, completeness, and usability
