What will you do?

 

1. Trainer:


•    Training & Vesting of new Sales Consultants
•    Identify need, analyse, propose and develop appropriate solutions
•    Compile (create) training material & manuals for new, existing and enhancements of products, systems and business rules.


2. Quality Assessment


•    Monitor & evaluate calls
•    Compiling reports on calls evaluated
•    Identify and action areas of development through quality interventions
•    Call audits
•    Assist with mentoring and coaching Quality Assessors 

 

What will make you successful in this role?

 

Qualification & experience 


•    Grade 12
•    Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Teaching Diploma, Training Qualification would be advantageous 
•    Relevant Qualification to ensure candidate meets FAIS Fit and proper requirements:


o    Short-term Qualification – Personal Lines,
o    Underwriting knowledge 
o    RE5 Exam 
o    In addition to the above could also have RFP / CFP for LTI and/or RE1 


•    2-3 years call centre/ customer service experience/ sales knowledge
•    Extensive experience in Training and/or Financial Services knowledge 

 

Knowledge and skills 


•    Knowledge of Financial Services Products & Legislation of STI and/or LTI
•    Strong coaching and presentation skills
