What will you do?


  • To investigate and rectify any irregularities on the Epsilon plans where the premiums did not apply programmatically.
  • To handle exceptions on Epsilon reports as well as debits and credits on our control accounts.
  • To perform refunds and transfers to New Business.

What will make you successful in this role?


  • In Depth and timeous handling of related suspense items on Epsilon.
  • Handling of activities received from internal clients (CCC, NUB etc.)
  • Sufficient information communicated to client in an appropriate manner. Explain technical and understandable information in written feedback to internal customers regarding Suspense items.
  • Time management with regard to high volume production
  • Administration of International Plan (related to Finance, SARB, and ABSA bank etc.)
  • Cancel, skipping, back-dating and reinstating growth on an Epsilon  policy record
  • Testing of relevant systems for user acceptance testing




  • Grade 12  with Mathematics and/or Accountancy will be advantageous
  • 3 year degree/diploma will be advantageous


Knowledge and Skills:


  • Epsilon System applications and Sentrix
  • Epsilon products and product rules
  • Collection-, exits processes and the impact of processes on accounting.
  • Epsilon Suspense Systems Accounting
  • Relevant business Rules
  • Walker system
  • E2 Financial system



  • 2 Years Policy Administration
  • 2 Years Epsilon processes and rules
