What will you do?

1. Trainer:

Training & Vesting of new Sales Consultants
Identify need, analyse, propose and develop appropriate solutions
Compile (create) training material & manuals for new, existing and enhancements of products, systems and business rules.

2. Quality Assessment

Monitor & evaluate calls
Compiling reports on calls evaluated
Identify and action areas of development through quality interventions
Call audits
Assist with mentoring and coaching Quality Assessors

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Teaching Diploma, Training Qualification (advantageous)
Relevant qualification to ensure candidate meets FAIS Fit & Proper requirements:

- Long term insurance experience

- RE5

- Wealth Management

2-3 years Financial services experience
Call centre, customer service experience and knowledge
Previous experience in Training/Teaching will be advantageous

Knowledge and skills

Knowledge of Financial Services Products & Legislation of LTI
Strong coaching and presentation skills
