What will you do?

Assists senior operations staff by performing general administrative duties and coordinating internal operations in department or branch office of financial institution. Responsible for checking of work processed and uses some discretion. Processing is the main function of the position. Performance is measured on accuracy and speed.

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification and Experience

Grade 12 or Diploma with 3 to 4 years related experience.

Knowledge and Skills

Client relationship management
Logistical and events/meeting co-ordination
General administrative practices
Risk, debt, MI and budgeting
