What will you do?

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will
play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our website, ensuring a seamless and engaging
user experience. The Web Producer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the production
and publication of web content, implement web strategies, and maintain the overall quality of the online
presence.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Communications, etc.).  
  • Proven experience as a Web Producer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management platforms

What will make you successful in this role?

Content Management:
Manage the creation, editing, and publishing of web content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and update website content.
Website Development and Maintenance:
Work closely with web developers to implement and update website features and functionalities.
Conduct regular site audits to identify and address technical issues, ensuring optimal performance, speed, and
responsiveness.
User Experience Optimization:
Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including navigation, page layout, and interactive elements.
Project Management:
Coordinate and prioritize web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project
timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement new features, campaigns, and website
enhancements.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct testing and quality assurance on web content and features before deployment.   
Identify and address any issues related to usability, functionality, or design.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize web analytics tools to generate reports on website performance, user engagement, and other relevant
metrics.
Collaborate with internal data resources to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to
drive continuous improvement.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Stay current on industry trends, web standards, and best practices.
Ensure website compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.  
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
  • Understanding of mobile responsiveness and adaptive design.  
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.  
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
