What will you do?
This job is an administrative support role to the Recruitment and Selection Consultant and assists with tasks and processes relating to the appointment of new Financial Advisors into the business.
Outputs/Core Tasks:
• Office and diary management
• Providing recruitment support to various stakeholders
• Preparation of documents and the distribution thereof for the above
• Organizing and preparation of meetings
• Consolidate and provide relevant reports
• Assistance with managing the recruitment process (myworkspace)
• Undertake credential checking, reference checking and creating selection reports
• Upload and file documents on the system
• Providing support to Sanlam Connect as well as Managed Outsourced Units
• Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties for the RSC
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification and Experience:
• Grade 12
• Experience in financial distribution services
• Administration experience
• Previous experience in a recruitment environment will be an advantage
• Office Management or Human Resources qualification would be advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate good experience in:
Business:
• Financial Services knowledge and experience (basic)
• End-to-end recruitment processes & pre-employment checks, including FAIS requirements pertaining to the Financial Services Industry;
• Experience with recruitment systems, in particular with MyWorkSpace;
• Legislative compliance relative to HR/Employment practices of a financial services/sales environment (FICA/FAIS/ PPI, LRA, BCOE etc)
• Understanding of the job of Financial Advisor, and environment within which they work
• Recruitment and selection processes/HR related processes
• Reference checking and vetting processes and practices
• Strong administration skills

Turnaround times
