The Sanlam Personal Finance (SPF) cluster is responsible for Sanlam’s retail business in South Africa. SPF provides clients across different market segments (entry-level, middle-income, affluent, professional market and business owners) with a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive financial solutions. These include traditional life insurance risk and savings products, investment, retirement, health and fiduciary services. Designed to facilitate long-term wealth creation, protection and niche financing, these solutions are engineered around client needs.

We are looking for Experienced and Successful Sales Representatives to operate within the WORKSITE MARKET SEGMENT of Sanlam.

We have an incredible value proposition that includes:

·        We offer extensive training and development that will culminate in an industry specific post graduate qualification.

·        You will also receive strong admin and back office support so that you can concentrate on building a sustainable practice.

·        We pay a training allowance of R11 500 for the first two months of employment and a supportive allowance of R4 900 in your first year of employment (month 1 – 12) with us, thereafter you will earn an ongoing supportive allowance of R4000. We offer an 85% commission split.

These are our key requirements for the candidates:

  • Driver's License
  • Own Car/Full Access to a car
  • A minimum of a commercial / legal / finance degree would be advantageous
  • Experience gained within the financial services industry and/or sales environment will be an added advantage.

Some other necessary requirements are:

 

  • Computer literate
  • Strong service orientation
  • Entrepreneurial and/or aptitude for business
  • Self-disciplined and driven
  • Ability to work in an organized manner
  • Performance orientated
  • Proven effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Integrity to treat customers fairly
