The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Administrator Maintenance:


Business Screening
•    Responsible to screen all business 
•    Responsible to monitor cases and ensure that they are screened within turnaround time

Business Processing
•    Responsible to process all business 
•    Responsible to monitor cases and ensure that they are processed within turnaround time

Knowledge and Time management

•    Accountable to understand the processes, procedures, legislation and business rules as relating the role
•    Accountable for continuous learning
•    Responsible for guiding and supporting peers with ongoing training of new development and other areas as required by the business

Documentation

•    Ensure adherence to applicable procedure in terms of filing 
•    Ensure adhere to company policy and procedure in terms confidentiality and record keeping
•    Accountable for storage of electronic data

Reporting
•    Responsible to ensure that CRM is 100% updated with detailed comments
•    Responsible to compile daily work on hand report

Queries 
•    Accountable to own and respond to client within agreed SLA
•    Ensure accurate resolution to client queries within agreed SLA

Compliance
•    Ensure adherence to company policy and procedure
•    Accountable to keep up with changes in legislation
•    Responsible to identify any non-compliance to legislation/regulation and report to management

 

Qualifications and experience


•    Grade 12 with Maths
•    0-2 years Retirement Funds Administration

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification and Experience

Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.

Knowledge and Skills

General Administrative Practices
Risk, debt, MI and budgeting

Logistical and events/meeting co-ordination

Turnaround time

The shortlisting process will only start once the application due date has been reached. The time taken to complete this process will depend on how far you progress and the availability of managers.
