In terms of the Sanlam Group Governance Policy, SDM is managed by the SA Retail Mass cluster, which is part of the Sanlam Life and Savings cluster within the Sanlam Group. The cluster focusses on retail porducts, as well as group schemes.

What will you do?

  • Data cleansing on xml files, for loading the data into the policy admin system
  • Month-end data runs, using defined scripts and procedures.
  • Extract and analyse data (data integrity)
  • Extract data for reporting purposes
  • Extract data for test purposes
  • Manual data fixes of policies on the policy administration system.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues on policy data on the Policy administration system

What will make you successful in this role?

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years Data Analysing and reporting experience using SQL
  • Computer literacy – MS Office / Advanced Excel

Qualification and Experience

Degree or Diploma with 2 to 4 years related experience
