What will you do?
This is a junior management position that reports directly to Head: Sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and manage the dialler function/capability in the call centre to ensure the dialler runs/campaigns operate at an optimal rate to maximise contact.
Key responsibilities include:
⦁ Set up, preparation and training of new agents to dial
⦁ Monitor and manage dialler functioning and correct problems/errors
⦁ Create new campaign on platform and load leads
⦁ Manage CLI and TruCaller apps
⦁ Generate and submit reports
⦁ Stakeholder management
⦁ Ad hoc people management
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & experience:
⦁ Grade 12
⦁ Previous sales management experience in a direct call centre.
⦁ Experience working with dialler systems and technology
Knowledge and skills:
IT:
⦁ MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
⦁ Ntinga/ Vici dialer (or other similar systems)
⦁ MWS
⦁ Share drive
Business:
⦁ Financial services industry knowledge (basic)
⦁ Product knowledge (MWL)~ basic
⦁ MWL business and operating model
⦁ Relevant compliance regulations (i.e.: FICA, POPIA etc)
⦁ MWL systems and processes
⦁ Direct sales rules, governances and technical requirements
⦁ Coaching/training processes
