What will you do?
The primary focus of this job is to efficiently and accurately process new business and perform administration duties to retain and grow the SanlamAllianz new business book.
What will make you successful in this role?
Capturing, processing, administration of new business data
Professional handling of advisors and client’s enquiries
Quality assurance of new business
Excellent Support and service to advisors
Management of workflow processes and general enquiries
Detection and reporting of fraudulent business/activities
Perform all personal assistant related duties
Auxiliary duties as required by management
Qualification and Experience
School leaving certificate and further tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
At least two years’ experience in a financial services environment
Data capturing experience will be an added advantage
Experience in insurance industry and/or new business will be an added advantage
Fluency in any local language will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work in team related environment
Problem identification and problem-solving skills, assertiveness and client-service orientated
Accurate and able to handle pressure
Reliable, hardworking and accountable
