Main responsibilities
  • Manage and own a portfolio of clients (brokers / schemes) by representing the overall SGR teams and being the contact point for clients
  • Setup regular pro-active meetings with the client to ensure direct face to face interaction
  • Arrange training for the client where required
  • Promote value add of the servicing team within SGR and greater Sanlam
  • Enhance customer satisfaction
  • Execute relationship strategy and promote cross-selling opportunities
  • Promote service and product deliveries
  • Facilitate and resolve customer enquiries, complaints and grievances
  • Monitor workflow incidents related to the portfolio to ensure adherence to service-level agreements
  • Establish maintain and advance business and stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Compile reports and / or any other documentation required for the client (including welcome packs)
Qualification and experience
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Retirement Fund/Group Risk administration, with specific experience in Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of the Group Risk and / or Retirement Fund administration industry
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and mainframe)
