What will you do?

LISP Relationship & Process Management

  • Assist with engagements and operational relationships with all LISP partners.
  • Oversee LISP related processes, ensuring accurate and timeous execution of instructions, account openings, and related queries.
  • Perform reconciliations between offshore and LISP payments and transactions.
  • Liaise with external vendors, outsourcing partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve LISP related queries.
  • Support documentation checks, account opening processes, and routing of instructions.

Client Reporting & Data Management

  • Assist with and manage all client reporting processes end to end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This includes trade confirmations, investment statements, and online portal reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve client reporting and data related queries, and manage the inflow via the internal ticketing system (4me).
  • Ensure data integrity and support data driven decision making by participating in related strategic projects.
  • Action client account linking to proxies and other requirements.

Operational Support & Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks, gaps, and process inefficiencies, and proactively address them.
  • Assist with general operational processes across Central Operations as required, including audit assistance among others.
  • Manage shared mailboxes (LISPs, Client Care, Offshore).
  • Assist with due diligence and corporate governance requests for SPW and our business partners.
  • Maintain data management compliance across systems by checking internal reports and ensuring our regional offices adhere to business rules.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant BCom degree, or BCom Honours
  • Previous experience within the Private Wealth industry will be advantageous
  • Experience working with BDA will be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of investments and financial markets, including how different asset classes, fund structures, and market movements impact client portfolios

Knowledge and skills

  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel) with advanced Excel
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
