What will you do?

To be responsible to contribute to the high standard of quality by efficiently verifying and processing instructions received by Glacier as well as providing excellent client services to internal and external parties.

Key Outcomes

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Legacy Client Services Consultant:

Ensuring all prescribed documents has been received before issuing/adjusting policies or policy records.
Accurate and efficient data capturing.
Business requirements clearly and accurately communicated to the intermediary and other role-players to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
Request for additional/outstanding information and follow-up on that outstanding information.
Ensure that quotations are correct.
Updated client information.
Handling of telephonic / e-mail enquiries from all stakeholders (clients, intermediaries, sales support staff)
Receiving and completion of re-issue requests/cancellations.
Completion of journals
Investigation of complaints

Qualifications and Experience

Matric / Grade 12
3 years Legacy experience
3 years Epsilon experience
New Business products, processes, rules and policy records of Legacy Savings & Investments
Premium positions and how to interpret them
