What will you do?
Assists clients locally and/or overseas with technical information regarding products. Provides technical input and assistance with queries. Provides on-site product support and may be required to carry out basic maintenance on-site.

Job purpose
An exciting opportunity has become available in the Product Management Team for a self-driven individual with a sound working knowledge of the LISP business and a touch of creative flair to be responsible for the drafting and maintenance of all client-facing Product documents, Forms and Mandates.
Key Outcomes
The Product Communication Specialist will be responsible for the following:
• Input into client facing product literature and communication e.g. policy contracts, brochure content, KIIDs
• Maintenance of master document for all forms
• Integration of forms, related client communication/documentation and web
• Application of plain language and document design principles
• Application of TCF
• Understanding client needs and usability of documents
• Coordinating changes and sign-off from all stakeholders
• Driving implementation of changes with IT
• Communicating implemented changes with training, sales and client service teams
Qualifications and experience
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce (Finance, Economics, Investments) / Communications
• 3yrs+ experience in a related role within a financial services environment
• Experience with Adobe Lifestyle an advantage
• Strong proven writing skills and some creative flair
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
