What will you do?
The purpose of this position is to ensure a positive client experience for intermediaries. The incumbent is responsible for effectively managing workflow, quality, and service level agreements within the hub, as well as providing clear direction to team members and maintaining strong relationships with the Affluent Sales team.
What will make you successful in this role?
Oversee day-to-day staff management
Manage workflow and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Handle general office operations, including reporting, resolving issues, and ensuring the team has adequate resources
Address Affluent Sales team requirements by aligning service delivery, priorities, structures, and processes (including survey feedback)
Maintain proactive and effective communication with both the team and Sales
Manage complaints effectively and implement process improvements based on outcomes
Coordinate and review service surveys and feedback to enhance performance
Oversee budget and compliance management
Implement and streamline workflow processes (e.g., Doc-it system)
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly management reports
Provide clear and professional feedback (written and verbal) within agreed SLAs
Coordinate training to ensure team members are well-equipped and remain up to date
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
Qualification and Experience
High school leaving certificate and Diploma/degree in communications/ Business Administration
At least 5 years working experience in long term insurance industry, including supervisory experience
Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in English (verbal and written); knowledge of an additional local Namibian language will be an advantage
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
