What will you do?
Accurate collection, processing and reconciliation of premiums received through Employee Stop Orders on Sanlam Affluent, Sanlam Entry Level Market, Sanlam Funeral, REGENT, CLASS and Legacy
What will make you successful in this role?
Daily collection and allocating of payments from bank statements on Sanlam Affluent, Sanlam Entry Level Market, Sanlam Funeral, REGENT, CLASS
Handling of GB103 account
Payments and supporting documentation on LEGACY
Correct and on-time scheduling to all Pay Points
Correct and on-time balancing of all Pay Points breakdowns
Allocation of premium payments to all stop order policies
Administration of all reversals and rejections
Payment Administration of LEGACY policies
General enquiries
Reconcile posted receipts to Sanlam Affluent, Sanlam Entry Level Market, Sanlam Funeral, REGENT, CLASS
Completions of CLASS reconciliation sheets
Effective administration of LEGACY Breakdowns
Effective administration of bank statements and allocation of payments
Effective administration and follow up of outstanding proof of payments
Auxiliary duties as required by Management
Qualification and Experience
Grade 12 or Equivalent
Tertiary education with Mathematics and/or Accounting is an advantage
A diploma/degree in the financial field will be preferred
2 years proven working experience in an administration environment
Knowledge and Skills
