What will you do?

Provide support with call centre operations and deliver responsive, professional support by managing calls and email queries efficiently.

What will make you successful in this role?

Manage the call centre operations
Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Ensure data governance, including the clean-up of incorrectly captured data

Qualification and Experience

School leaving certificate
A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
Prior experience in client service administration will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills

Customer service orientation
Administrative skills
Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements
Ability to provide effective team support
Full proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of an additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
