WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Team Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance management, and oversight of a team of Claim Service Consultants. This role ensures that all claims are handled in line with organizational policies, procedures, and service level agreements, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

•    Matric/Grade 12
•    Advanced knowledge of short-term insurance industry
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a claim’s environment
•    Strong Systems Knowledge (Claims Platforms & Reporting Tools)
•    Proven experience in People Management or Team Leadership
