Sales Adviser -Smart SME(CPT)

What will you do?

The Santam Direct Call Centre is currently recruiting Sales Adviser - Smart SME  with both Commercial and Personal Lines experience.
The successful candidates offer world class products and services to clients by identifying client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions to meet the specific customer requirements, whilst achieving sales targets in a call centre environment.

The successful candidates will will be based in Cape Town

• Consistently achieving sales target and contributing to the overall success of our Direct Sales team.
• Adherence to Quality Assurance processes (Compliance with all relevant internal and external rules e.g. TCF,
• CPA and internal Sales processes).
• Offering outstanding customer experience. 
• Strict adherence to workforce scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in short-term insurance
• A valid regulatory exam certificate and short-term FAIS credits   Experience in personal and/or commercial products   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

•There will be a probationary period of three (3) months, which consists of the following two phases:
•There will be a six (6) week training period after which your knowledge will be assessed; and
•On the job evaluation phase during with progress will be measured against your ongoing ability to meet s set target.
