A position has become available for a Claims Implementation & Support Specialist at Santam Namibia Claims: Business Support Department. This position will be based in Windhoek, Namibia. 

What will you do?

To ensure that claim operating applications, B2B integration applications, and processes of quality are implemented and to ensure the end users are upskilled and supported post any of these implementations.

• This role functions within C&P Claims but also fulfils a pivotal role within the BITS environment in providing service to the IT project team. 

Qualification and Experience

• Agile fundamentals, Scaled Agile Delivery Framework, Guidewire Cloud Based Education.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a claims environment.
